Frequently Asked Questions - Reservations and Payments

Upon booking your hotel or package you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with the services you have purchased. Full payment is required to book a reservation. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total price of the reservation, including all applicable taxes.

We use a Secure Socket Layer to protect the personal information that is requested. Note that the address you enter must be the billing address of the credit card.

When we charge your credit card you will immediately receive an e-mail with a receipt for your confirmed purchase.

We handle the bookings of hotels, private villas, and resorts. We do not handle any time-share properties. We also provide airport transfers, transportation between Miami and Orlando, and daily transportation to the local attractions.

Additionally, we sell attraction tickets at discount prices through our website.

Upon purchase you will receive an electronic confirmation with your Order Number and login information so you may review and/or amend your order. Within 24 hours of purchase you will receive an electronic voucher via e-mail. Please print voucher and present at the attraction entrance along with a valid photo I.D. If you do not have a printer, you will need to write down the confirmation number and present this at the entrance.

If you have purchased tickets for a show that requires reservations, including but not limited to Arabian Nights Dinner Show, Cirque du Soleil and Pirates Dinner Adventure, your voucher will contain contact information so you may reserve your seats at a convenient time for you. Please note that Orange Vacations, Inc. is not responsible for any sold out shows. Although this is not common, you may have to reserve for a different date.

Our hotels are all modern, convenient, well-appointed superior and deluxe properties, carefully selected by us for their friendly service and convenient locations. You may find pictures and descriptions of these hotels in our comprehensive hotel directory pages. If for any reason you book a hotel and receive our confirmation although it is not available, we will consult with you and substitute your booking with a hotel of the same or higher standard.

Using your credit card on a secure web site such as ours is not only safe, but it is safer than using your credit card anywhere else. Your credit card number is automatically encrypted and only the destination website can decode the message. Making reservations through Orange Vacations, Inc. is secure and guaranteed.

In most cases, advance payment by credit card or bank transfer is required.

With Orange Vacations, Inc. you can add a Car Rental option to any Miami or Orlando vacation package on our site.

When you find a package that interests you, you should click the button next to the package that says "Rates and Booking." Next, input your dates of travel and number of people, so that we can give you the total price for your package. Below your package information and price total you can see a section for Additional Services that includes Car Rentals. Add 1 Car to your shopping cart to see the additional cost (including taxes). If you like this option simply continue your reservation and complete your payment. If you wish to continue browsing, simply exit this window and continue looking through our website.

Please make sure to choose the Car Rental with pick up at either the Orlando International Airport or Miami International Airport. This will allow us to make your reservation at the most convenient location for you.
